Which Boss Did You Get Today?

The objectives of the Real Original Strong Union Founders was to create a sustainable system to protect pilot interests, represent pilots, and promote the profession. That goal was accomplished in 2005 and improved upon in 2007. What's left is a system that requires pilots to remain engaged and take responsibility for the outcome. Are you engaged?

How can you tell the difference between a REAL Original SU Creator and polluted, self-serving, corrupt mind sets? Well, here's two indicators:

1. Real SU Founders believe in pilots and respect the profession. Ego-centric false leaders think pilots are dumb and need to be herded along like sheeple.

2. Real SU Founders believe and have confidence in the system they created with and for pilots: An independent union with established bylaws, principles, policies, and effective volunteers. Corrupt professional politicians will say anything and do anything, including directly or indirectly threaten volunteers with removal from status, loss of stipend money, humiliation, or more. Real leaders believe in their people.
